1. Promoter
The “New Year New You Prize Draw” is organised by Longevita London Limited (the “Promoter”), whose registered office is at 239-241 Kennington Lane, London, England, SE11 5QU.

2. Eligibility
2.1. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or any third parties directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.

2.2. Entrants must submit photos and be deemed medically suitable for treatments by the Promoter to be eligible for prizes involving surgical or non-surgical treatments.

2.3. Only one initial entry per person is permitted, with opportunities for additional entries as specified in Section 3.

2.4. Entrants must follow any stated requirements, such as providing accurate and truthful information.

3. How to Enter
3.1. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.

3.2. Entrants can participate during the campaign period by completing the registration form on the Promoter’s website(s) or through any designated channel, including WhatsApp, Direct Message, Email, or Phone.

3.3. Additional entries can be earned by referring others during the campaign period. To qualify, the referred individuals must complete the registration form, state their Ambassador’s name at the initial contact with the Promoter, and meet all eligibility criteria. Referred individuals must complete the full registration process, including submission of photos and confirmation of medical suitability, for the referrer to qualify for an additional entry. The ambassador will receive an additional entry at the same date and time as the referral’s submission.

3.4. The prize draw closes at midnight on 31 January 2025. Entries received after this time will not be included.

4. Prizes
4.1. There will be five winners who will receive one of the following prizes:

• £2,000 e-voucher towards treatments at the Promoter.
• £1,000 e-voucher towards treatments at the Promoter.
• £500 e-voucher towards treatments at the Promoter.
• £250 e-voucher towards treatments at the Promoter.
• £100 e-voucher towards treatments at the Promoter.

4.2. E-vouchers may be used toward any services offered by the Promoter, including but not limited to surgical and non-surgical treatments, accommodation, and transfers, provided these services are booked directly through the Promoter.

E-vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions. If the value of the e-voucher exceeds the cost of the chosen service(s), the remaining balance will not be refunded or issued as cash. Any unused balance will be retained for future bookings made by the voucher holder and must be redeemed by 31 December 2025.

E-vouchers may not be used for services provided by third parties or for any expenses outside the scope of the Promoter’s offerings.

4.3. E-vouchers may be used towards multiple treatments, subject to availability and medical suitability.

4.4. All prizes must be redeemed by 31 December 2025.

4.5. Winners found medically unsuitable for their desired treatment may redeem their e-voucher for alternative eligible services offered by the Promoter, subject to availability and medical suitability. E-vouchers are strictly non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another individual under any circumstances.

5. Winner Selection and Announcement
5.1. Winners will be selected based on a transparent process where all eligible entries are sorted by their creation date. A random number will then be generated using Random.org to decide the winner for each prize. To ensure fairness, the draw will be recorded using screen recording software to capture the entire process. For each winner, a backup winner will also be selected in case the original winner cannot be reached.

5.2. The recording will be stored securely and will only be accessible to authorized personnel. It may be made available to regulatory bodies upon request, in compliance with GDPR and the Promoter’s privacy policy. Personal data, such as participant names, may be anonymized or redacted in the recording to protect privacy.

5.3. The draw will take place on 7 February 2025 at 1:00 PM GMT and will be announced via an Instagram Story on the Promoter’s official social media channel.

5.4. Winners will also be notified directly using the contact details provided on the registration form. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact each winner via email, phone, or other provided communication methods.

5.5. If a winner does not respond or cannot be reached within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the backup winner selected in accordance with clause 5.1. The backup winner will be subject to the same terms and will be notified using the contact details provided during entry. If the backup winner cannot be reached or fails to respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disregard the prize.

6. Publicity and Marketing
6.1. By entering the prize draw, winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity, including but not limited to testimonials, social media posts, or promotional content featuring their experience with the Promoter’s treatments. Winners’ details will only be shared with their explicit consent. Without consent, only anonymized or first-name-only information will be used for promotional purposes. Winners may withdraw their consent to participate in publicity at any time without forfeiting their prize.

6.2. By entering the prize draw, participants agree to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purposes of administering the prize draw and contacting winners. Participants also consent to receiving future marketing communications from the Promoter, including promotional offers, updates, and information about services. Participants’ data will be retained in the Promoter’s CRM system for marketing purposes and will be kept only for as long as necessary to fulfill the intended purposes or as required by law. Participants may withdraw their consent or opt out of marketing communications at any time by:

• Clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email or message received.
• Contact the Promoter directly at [email protected].

The Promoter will process all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

7. General Terms
7.1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and disqualify any individual found to be in breach of these terms and conditions.

7.2. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

7.3. Additional entries via the referral scheme will only be valid if the referred participant registers during the campaign period and is deemed eligible for treatment. All disputes regarding referral-based entries will be resolved at the Promoter’s sole discretion, and the decision will be final.

7.4. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.

8. Liability
8.1. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for lost, delayed, or incomplete entries due to technical or communication failures.

8.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for damages or losses resulting from participation in the prize draw, except where such liability arises from negligence or breach of statutory duty by the Promoter.

9. Governing Law
9.1. The prize draw and these terms and conditions are governed by English law, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
